Stacey Wilson was named Sisters of Charity Providence Hospital's Nurse of the Month. Jane Hedden joined First Citizens as assistant vice president and underwriting and processing manager. The S.C. State Housing Finance and Development Authority presented Charles I. Small with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Tigerron A.Wells joined Haynsworth, Sinkler, Boyd as an associate. John T.
