Explorers chow down
USC professor Brian Helmuth (r) and his wife, Patrice, enjoy a broasted hissing cockroach at the Explorers Club Annual Dinner at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City March 16. A delegation of explorers from Columbia attended the annual event which included presentations, awards, and lectures on Exploring Planet Ocean.
