Man in the Tub is missing

Yesterdays Restaurant has confirmed the iconic man in the tub will return in time for the restaurant's 30th anniversary April 10, 2008.

"Yep, he called us last week and told us he had to get out of town for awhile," said Duncan McRae, Yesterdays' owner. "I told him he can't just up and leave like that especially without a good- bye Budweiser."

"He let us know he would definitely be back for the next 30 years. He will need time to rest up from his recent escapades," said Darrell Barnes, Yesterdays' owner. "He said he felt bad for leaving and will start work again this coming Friday after the anniversary party."

Yesterdays' anniversary party promises to be a night filled with great food, music, and 70s and 80s drink specials. Music will be provided, and patrons and staff from the past 30 years will come back to roast and toast the years at Yesterdays. And the man in the tub will return.

Yesterdays' 30th anniversary celebration is open to the public and will start at 5:30 pm at the restaurant, 2030 Devine Street.
