BiLo and First Citizens are sponsoring the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Midlands 5th Annual Rubber Duck Race May 3, 2008, at the West Columbia Riverwalk Amphitheater Park on the Congaree River nex to New Orleans Riverfront Restaurant. The Duck Launch is at 10:30 am off the Gervais Street Bridge. All proceeds benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Midlands. Lucky Duck prizes include first, a three day Carnival Cruise; second prize, Bose Wave Music System; third prize, NASCAR Sprint All- Star Race at Lowe's Motor Speedway May 17. Prize includes two tickets and tailgate package; fourth prize, spa package from Tonic Spa and membership to Hampton Hill Athletic Club; and fifth prize, $100 gift card from WalMart.
