Miss Yellow Jacket gives to the Red Cross

Natalie Kaufman

Natalie Kaufman, a junior at Irmo High School, was crowned Miss Yellow Jacket for 2008. Kaufman participated against 15 finalists. She performed a hip hop dance for the talent segment. Kaufman has done community service at Lowman Retirement Home, and she chose the Red Cross as her charity research project and speech. The Red Cross will receive a monetary donation for Kaufman's achievements. Nathan and Debbie Kaufman, owners of Nathan's restaurant in downtown Columbia, are Natalie's parents.
